I'm going ahead and posting this ahead of tonight's stream. I gave it a lot of thought and have identified an even better way to deal with planning for chaos. We don't wanna burn out out here, but I also can't take these problems lightly either.
So I'm scaling back pretty much every plan for something I think will work a tad better... a PACE system. How it works is all stream activities will be rolled into a single bundle and there's now four start times as opposed to one. They are labeled as follows:
Primary: 7PM UTC-5
Alternate: 8PM UTC-5
Contingency: 9PM UTC-5
Emergency: 10PM UTC-5
If you see a late night stream, it's out of necessity and nothing else and since Camming is second in the bundle, we won't be on time much.
Also, I was up all night drawing this up so... this system will not be taking effect tonight. Instead it will take effect on Tuesday's stream. I am not putting this system into force in my current state, but I will attempt to stream tonight.
