Unfortunately, nature instead had a SECOND heatwave planned for my area and now its WAY too late to start anything as i have plans tomorrow.

I'm really sorry that after all this build up i ended up doing NOTHING and skipped a huge portion of the marathon too... hate this shit. but there is nothing i can do. I'll try to make up for it later.. whenever that will be.
