SHARK WEEK SUBATHON!
It's time to gear up for my first subathon! This coincides with my 1-year anniversary on Joystick, so next week is sure to be a blast.
Each day during the subathon, we'll stream from 8am to 8pm PST. Duration starts at 24 hours, increasing by 30 seconds per token, 25 minutes per sub, and 30 minutes per gift sub. The timer will only tick down while we're live.
Will there be goals and incentives?
Yes! I'll update everyone on that throughout the week.
Is the subathon uncapped?
Sadly no. Realistically, I can do 19 days max, but even that would be the death of me. I'm setting the cap at 14 days.
What's going on during the subathon?
Lots of time in VR. Exercising, learning to dance, working on avatars, working on a world, etc. We'll also do desktop games and community stuff!
Can I request something for the subathon?
Absolutely! Subscribers get priority on requests (y'all are pretty much guaranteed a yess within reason), but anyone can ask.
Can I join for part of it?
The more the merrier! I'm building a rough schedule as we speak. Verify in my Discord server (link in bio). We'll work it out the best we can, even if we have to go over for a particular day.
What can we do to support?
Obviously, you can tip or subscribe, but another huge way to support the subathon is to spread the word. Feel free to share my link anywhere it would be socially acceptable.
